If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you texts about your application, Strategy Meeting confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, program updates and, where you have agreed, promotional offers.

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM, scheduling, email, text messaging, payment processing, website hosting and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Hiring partners and offer owners, only if you are a member of our program and have agreed to be considered for placement. We share the professional details needed for placement, such as your name, contact details, sales experience and call performance.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
• Business transfers, if our business is merged, sold or reorganized.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you submit your contact details, we may call or email you about your application or Strategy Meeting. Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes, and we will tell you when a call is recorded where the law requires it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
